Ordered a pair of ugg boots but when they hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I tried to trace the order but have received no replies from my e-mails and the phone isn't answered. I have e-mailed yourspay and the bootsworld email address which was given with a confirmation email but have never had a reply and the website has now disappeared.
