I ordered a booklet for $3.11 on the same date as the amount of the other withdrawl. THe total amount that was charged to my credit card was $62.39. I called the number on my statement and was told I would receive a refund and was also given a confirmation number which was 3491636 and when I called this number 866-716-0353 was given the runaround and the girl hung up on me. If you which to reach me on the e-mail address is (Personal Information Removed). I would like this money refunded.
