I sent $335 thru western union for the purchase of an Iphone. I was told that I would receive the phone within a week. After a week, I inquired about it. I was told that it was held up by customs. Another couple of weeks went by and I was told that another $199 was needed to pay tarriffs. I was previously told that if I was not completely satisfied that I could get my money back. However, when I told them that I was not paying any more money and I wanted a refund. They of course told me that the item was already shipped out, held by customs and based on this it could not be shipped until the taxes were paid.
