A little over a month ago I like thousands of others responded to their advertisement offering "free" serum if the purchaser paid the postage—which unfortunately had to be drawn against a credit card. I received the serum, tried it and thought it unremarkable. I never gave the matter another thought until this morning when a package arrived from them and enclosed was a statement informing me that they have charged my card $74.98. I was furious at this out and out scam—I had never agreed to a monthly restocking program—if only because their merchandise is overpriced.

Since a customer service number is not listed I am now forced to go to my bank and put a stop payment on any further withdrawals; which costs me more money.

If there is a class action lawsuit against this disreputable company whose marketing efforts are nothing short of thievery, include me in. This is exactly the type of greed and scam in action that has put our economy in its present condition. It is not OK to steal from people.
