I did not do an application with them and when I looked into my account, I discovered a $19.00 charge and I did not understand why so I called my bank and they open a fraud case that is being investigated now. I have been trying to get in touch with those people but they keep referring you to different sites which are not opening for me because I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I cannot talk to a live person, so this company is taking your money and not trying to give it back under fraud. I am going to keep trying to make this company pay.
