Loss Prevention Complaint

My complaint is one I have been observing for some time. I am an employee at this store and I feel like the majority of the men who work in Loss Prevention, many of them in their twenties, has somehow formed a group of friends who are using their position in the store to stalk female employees, especially on the cosmetics floor (where I work). There have been times when members of LP would call the counter to mention something funny that they see us doing on camera, they have also used the cameras to locate people in the store just to speak to them personally non-work related. This I feel is not the worse, from everything I've been hearing, this group of males are making these cosmetic girls their conquests and it's becoming on the verge of sexual harassment, their constant communicating with sales associates. I think what happens outside of work is peoples own business, but when you are using work hours to pursue associates it is not right. I do not like the fact that we are being watched on camera in a way that is more that for loss prevention, it is creepy. I wish there is a new policy that prevents Macy's security from fraternizing with sales associates. I believe it is also a conflict of interest because other things I've heard from those who have "gotten together" with these guys are employee's personal business shared and gossiped about, why some have gotten fired, and secret procedure. Please do something about this, I can't go to anyone in my store about this, one thing I learned is everyone is friends and it always gets out!
