My wife and I had received a new lap top over a year ago and used their anit-virus service. We were doubled billed and were unable to get any of the money back at that time.
On 11/18. We reviewed our credit card statment and their has been a transaction for $74.32 from the same company. This was not authorized by me or my wife.
