After my lease was up I returned my machine to the company. Transfirst continued to withdraw money out of my account every month. Each month it was a random charge ranging from $135-$77. I didn't even have the terminal in my possession any longer! I was now using an app on my IPAD called Square that was far more efficient and cost effective.
When I contacted Transfirst they would not respond back to me. I had to handle this issue with my bank and it was such a hassle, having to close my business account.
Don't work with Transfirst, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
