I ordered Perfect Radiance from the website and was told it would cost me £5.00. I went into my bank today and they had taken £79.99 off for a CD which I didn't order, didn't received and didn't want. I phoned the company and was put through to Miami, and spoke to an operator who didn't understand me, but eventually I told her my complaint and requested my money back. To begin with she tried to convince me that it was my fault but in the end, after saying I would contact a lawyer, she agreed to pay the money back in full and send me an email to confirm this. Awaiting the email. Be careful with this website.
