Ripoff dishonest Parsippany New Jersey

I bought a ticket for my brother to visit my sister in virginia. She decided that she would be coming here to california instead. So i tried to cancel the ticket and make a new reservation.

They told me i could not do so. They said i could change the ticket. So i try and make the ticket for my sister and they tell me i have to leave it in his name.

He is not going to virginia. She is coming here. All i wanted was a refund and they wont budge an inch. They have no known phone number or adress where i can contact them further.
