I was told to download a bunch of stuff so my P.C. Would run faster, correct registry errors, etc. Etc. After I did what was instructed, it asked me for my credit card number which I gave them. I restarted my computer as instructed & I saw 2 icons on my desk top. I tried clicking on both icons & all I got was another registry downloading of the same product. Then out of nowhere it installed "java" which I already have. I've tried everything but I can't get any of "Mycleanpc.com to work. I tried looking for a telephone # and found nothing anywhere. Somewhere it said to go to "www.clkbank.com" which I did, but my computer said it found no such address. It's like they got my money & now there hiding. If I could just get a credit on my credit card I would be happy. If there's anyway you could help me I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you so much for your time in this matter!
