Ripoff

I worked for this company several years ago. I was dirt poor with a newborn and desparately needed a job. During the interview looking back they crossed the lines of asking if I had children and was married. Everything they said about the job sounded great 60k a year management working in a fun environment.

Well the job completely sucked. They never had me fill out any employment paperwork for tax purposes etc. I made maybe at the most $100 per week and had to harrass poor people in parking lots etc selling cheap imitations of named brand purfumes lying and saying they were leftovers from the original manufacturers and just bottled in cheaper bottles so they could get a better price.

All the money I made paid for the gas that I wasted driving to sell the stuff. If you didn't sell your quota you had to do humiliating things. Also I was sexually harrassed on several occasions by the owner. The straw that broke the camels back... We went out of state and were warned by police of that city that we had to have a license to sell. So we called the office and were told that to keep selling and ignore them.

Well I ended up in jail so I called for them to bail me out they said it wasn't they're problem so I had to call and get a family member to bail me out. Guess what I was 500 miles from home and they left early. So I was also stranded. I then had to call again for money for a bus ticket. Then of course I later on had to go back there for court where i had to pay $250 in fines. So I was actually about $1000 in the hole because of that job. I was young and naive or I would have sued their asses!!! I cannot remember what the name of the company was but the people who ran it were ROB AND RICKI something that started with a "Z"

I hope someone shuts their a*es down. I would be willing to go back to work there just to gather evidence to close them. They ruined those precious months that I could have been anywhere even McDonalds making money
