Miscellaneous

I was actually charged 2 different times, once on Aug. 20 & the 2nd time Sep. 20 for the Tone Detox product that I ordered from a popup on Facebook & I cancelled any auto ships via tel & email after I placed the so called `free sample` order. A couple of weeks after I recevied the product came the 1st charge, I called & they said they were going to reverse it, I received my second statement only to find that they did not give me a credit but charged me for another bottle, the only thing they did have correct was the auto ships that they secretly sign you up for were all cancelled but they said someone must`ve forgot to stop the auto payments & they`d take care of that as soon as a manager can call me to verify. One week later a so called manager called conveniently when I wasn`t home & I have been trying to call them ever since I ordered the product & no matter what time of day or night I call the auto answering service says the office is now closed. Yes because they`ve ripped off som many people they have to move onto the next town & hit up some new unsuspecting victims. And the product didn`t even work it`s crap, a total scam! Do not get sucked in! And you can only stop the auto payments by cancelling your credit card as I have been told by my credit card company.

Signed a very upset Canadian!
