They called and asked me to answer 10 questions including if i had health insurance, do i own or rent a home, do i have a septic sewer system, do i have or someone in my family have diabetes, do i use credit card, debit or personal checks. Then the automated operator said in 48 to 72 hours someone would contact me. But before the automated operator said that a live person asked for my name, zip code, and phone number.
