They said that I purchased a kit for $2.97 and after a 7 day trial it is $57.95. I never purchased anything from them and never received anything from them. I called which took me 13 times to get a hold of someone. I asked for the supervisor and the person (Afton), said she was and several others were. She told me to file a report at the police station, I tried to explain to her that I never purchased anything from them and I asked for my money back then she said no because I have already accessed their site. I was so mad that I asked her to guide me to their site, a username and password came up and I asked her what it was. She hung up on me.
