This gym advertises 40 free classes aswell as the gym, when it comes to booking the classes they are all fully booked and you can not book any at all, i was then told to wait till it died down, i complained about this and expected a full refund, to be told that we have 40 free classes but it doesn't mean you can book them? What sort of rubbish is this the actuall size of the classes are 10 people out of 4.000 members? I feel like i have been told to keep paying and they were aware that i would never be able to book the classes, they also have refused my refund!
