I purchased a pair if Birkenstock from topbirkenstocks.net with my credit card but have heard nothing since, no product, no confirmation email nor email in response to my concerns. I checked my credit card statement & have been billed by www.ctoshops hong kong hk, but can not find information to contact them but read on this websight some one else had a complaint & was billed this company with a pair of Nike shoes. Very frustrating and unfair. Not sure what else to do, have reported to my credit card company. Maybe they will turn up, wishful thinking!!!
