On octber 6 i paid "properptr" $us 149.00. To upgrade my membership so i could gain access to my earnings of approx $us 200,000.00. This money had built up over a period of time reading e mails and ads.

Properptr.com had taken my money and kept it. And i never got my membership upgrade.
Nor did i ever receive any of my earnings.

Where are these yellow chicken con men and women hiding.?? Are the police involved with these cases of fraud and theft?
