Charged interest on extra payments and October payment not credited

I bought a car 7/10 financed by GMAC changed to Ally both charged interest on extra money sent in with payments which were early then did not credit me with October payment! I finally threatened with attorney and they found the money that was missing which they knew I had proof! I had to refinance my car!
