Went to redeem my prepaid warranty after 5 years and no repairs as stipulated when car was sold to me. Could not find my paperwork. I assumed they would have it in their computer, just as any insurance company would, along with the sales record but lo and behold when i gave them my VIN number nothing came upon their computer at all! They said sorry, nothing much else we can do. I know of another person who has been trying to get a refund since august to no avail and he HAS his policy paperwork. They simply do not return his phone calls
