I did order a little sample of their product and then was charged $119.41 on my Visa. I did call 866-246-2125 on 11/10 but found out I was past the 15 day refund time. I ordered the product on 10/24. I have been laid up with back problerms and did know about the time frame. I did cancel my membership and the cancel confirmnation number is 1086. What can I do to get a refund?
