They took money out of my checking account. Wwithout asking me or telling me. I did not join the club and thry said i did. When she calle me she said it would take 15 days to put the money back. And i just got a letter from my bank saying that it has not been put back. There is no number i can call and let them know i will be filing charges on them. So what can i do
