I went online to see about ordering my birth certificate. When i gave my info. To pay for certificate, i thought the following page would get my info. To access info. To get my certificate. They charged me 34.96 and then brought up form for me use to order certificate and let me know there would be an additional charge. What is this? I went back and clicked on that i want to cancel this. They noted that this was cancelled, but the charges are still on my account. They need to put my money back in my account since i did not receive anything for my money.
