Sweet to svelete

I saw this ad for sweet to svelte, it came in 2 bottles a 2 month supply tried it for almost a month did lose actually gained even though, I followed directions to the letter. I called the company the first customer service person was a male, sounded like I had jost woke him up and was very rude. So I tried again a few minutes later, got another person they gave me info to return, gave me a return (RMA) number so I packed and shiped it back all remaining pills and containers with the (RMA, inside and also on the outside. I called on oct 29th was informed my refund would b issued on mon. Nov. 6th I checked no refund called today Nov., 9th very rude rep. Stated they didn't recieve the pkg. I had billing reciept where my husband had mailed the item with the address and cost but no conformation # my fault didn't tell him to get confirmation # but without conformation # the rude rep. Told me i would get no refund. I checked other complints evryone wh has tried and failed as I have said they gained weight, returned item for refund and no one has recieved a refund. Always an excuse, Past the 60 trial or my same situation they never received the item back. Coinensidental isnt it/? I read numerous reviews and not one was favorable to this sweet to svelte co. With no email address or no stock # and no way to contact a supervisor.
