Further to my message yesterday, I rang my bank to inform them of this. They were well aware of the problem, they informed me that in the very very small print you have to inform them if you do not want anymore of the product sending. As I have had a payment taken out on the 25/10 they should have sent me the product after 31 days, if I have received nothing by then I am to inform the bank, the same will apply to the payment taken on 8/11. I thought it would be good to share this information.
