PROLASH Misrepresented themselves, never told it was a club, planned to charged my account us$119

I was lured by a survey to order this PROLASH product as FREE TRIAL only paying shipping &handling. Never said how much was this charge. I thought couldn't be more than US$5. I was right. They never disclosed in the information supply to me they will charge my account more than US119 after the trial period of 14 days had passed. I soon as I received the product I tried to find their website but instead I found yours.

I felt extremely humiliated when I read what happened to other trusting people like me. Immediately called 18776561255 their customer service line and I demanded for them the information to return the product. I was told I had to pay the return shipment. I agreed. Furthermore I scolded their Representative for working for a company with so little values. I know the economy is bad but you can work for someone better than that.

She ask me if I wanted to speak to a Supervisor. She gave the confirmation number of my return and proceed to connect me with the Lead Representative aka Superisor who after listening very politely to my complaint and my threat to follow suit for false advertisement offer me the possibility to return all the monies withdrawn from my account and ask me not to send the product back. To toss it in the garbage. And there is were it is. I hope my experience help other people to avoid get ripped off. Thank you.
