On November 4 I was sued by Sears Citibank for a bill that I had turned over to web Credit Advisors on February to have them work a deal with them and I paid WCA $398 a month for the last 19 months and they made no effort to resolve the issues. Now my credit is ruined and I was sued and they added $8000 in court fees (They garnished my wages three times and then they sued me for default of a court order) I was told by WCA not to take any of the phone calls from the two bills I turned over to them. I repeatedly made contact with WCA and they assured me that they were working on it and comes to be known when I quit making the monthly payments that they hadnt even made a contact or an agreement with Sears and therefore the court awarded them a judgement of over $8000 more than when I turned it over to WCA. It has ruined by credit and made me have to quit my second job or be fired dues to the garnishment. They made a bigger mess of my credit where I could have been making payments and not ever had it go to court.
