In 2007 I signed a contract with this company and sent 500.00 for them to sell my time share. On 3 Nov they called to say it had sold and I would have to send the closing costs so they could send the deed transfer and my check. And to expect this in a packet on Monday between 9 & 12. That evening I got another call saying that since this had been such a long hold I had to send another 500.00 I told them no and just send my 863 back. As you can imagine that didn't happen. They of course do not answer their phone.
