Found about this product from Rachael Ray website pop-up and thought it couldn't hurt to try I ordered online on Oct 14 did not recieve the product until 5pm on Oct 25. I took the first dose on Oct. 26 then on Sat. 29 seen the charges on my bank statement. Since then have sent several e-mails and spent many hours on hold and talking to someone "offshore as they put it" the supervisor is the end of the line they won't give any info and have been promised everytime that I've talked to a live person that they promise someone will answer my e-mails. As of today Nov 8 I've have not recieved any reponse. I find it hard to believe that this company can get approval to do business to this magnitude and have no accountability. I am very frustrated, looking for help.
