New York Child Support
No Hearing Scheduled

I have written your office every 60 days since April with no outcome or court hearing scheduled. I’ve also contacted my home office in Fairfax Virginia and I’m repeatedly advised that they have no jurisdiction and must wait for the state of New York to proceed with my case.

In May I was advised by Marvin Bettis that a court date for my case would be scheduled within 90 days, only as a result of my letter and not the inquiries prior that requested a hearing. To date, this court hearing has not been scheduled. My order for support has been violated. I have not received a payment in over 365 days. Today the balance on my account is $18,112.08. Since I have received less than $3K. My order was adjusted in 2010 without my knowledge and under false statements made by the non-custodial parent. I have been very patient in trying to go through the state of Virginia for assistance, but since their reach is limited, I am forced to take matters into my own hands. I am a law abiding, tax paying citizen, and deserve for my request for a hearing to be honored. Please note that Shameek Baker continues to reside at the same address with his wife and has not moved.
