I purchased a t-shirt for my son's 1st birthday party that I found on this website. I purchased the shirt 3 weeks in advance knowing that it was a custom item and may take some time. After 2 weeks and no shirt I called both numbers listed on their site. 800# was disconnected and #702 had a full mailbox and could not receive anymore messages. I emailed them 2 times and each time received the identical email response. I can see that many others have had similar problems with this company.
