This is an email that i had sent to emerald lux! Pretty much sums it up! Don't fall for their $4.95 starter kit... Don't do it!!!

I among the many was slapped with the $109.95 hidden fee for the cheap starter kit from EmeraldLux. I have tried calling several time, during your time and regular business hours, with no success. I have a pending charge on my checking ccount for 11-8-11. I have cancelled the trial on 11-4-11 and have a printed out copy of the web page reciept stating as such because the assured email of the cancellation was never sent / received. Shocker! The reciept also indicates that from 11-4-11, there will be nothing or no further charges to my checking account. So, lets be sure that you have infact received my cancellation via cancellation form via the internet. Also, if I'm reading the "fine print", isn' that 14 days, part of which I still may cancell the "subscription" without being charged anything further???

I among thousands are outraged at this unauthorized charge, and yes, contrary to what your claim may be, it is and unauthorized. I have the $114.90 "free excluding S&H" kit pagacked and ready to return to your company. I'm sure that my money will not be refunded, however, be advised that I have opened a dispute with my bank and the California States Attorney General's office, along with the Better Business Bureau. I know after reading that you are not accredited, but that's ok, at least it's out there about your practice "fine print" that isn't attached intitally and then suddenly appears after the clients checking account is debited. It would appear I'm one on many complaints.

I would appreciate a phone call and somehow come to a resolution about this problem. I'm certain that $106.95 with be taken from me with out hesitation, therefore, a phone call shouldn't be that big of an issue.
