I was misled by the advertising and was charged $99 on my credit card without my permission. Attempts to contact the since unpublished phone number, were futile. The "Contact us" link loops me back to the "Contact us" link... And so it goes. I have posted on Facebook that this auction site is not listed with the Better Business Bureau, and that they are unresponsive to any inquires. However, they readily respond if you have misplaced your password! Also, they have not had any worthwhile items to bid on since July! It appears their only items are gift cards and more bid packages. Please stay away from Grabswag.
