This took place on 11/4. I went to the website NorthFace4You.com which said it was an authorized Northface online outlet. I thought it looked legit so I ordered a men's denila fleece jacket. After ordering online, I waited for a printable receipt to show up, but all it said was that they would e-mail me a confirmation e-mail. After not receiveing that e-mail a short time later, I got suspicious. I went back to their website and couldn't find a telephone number, address, or e-mail address for them. I then signed up for their newsletter hoping that would provide me with a way to reach them. I got a reply back on that real fast with a bogus e-mail address and no telephone number. I then checked my credit card amount to see that I had been charged with a transaction to Pu Hui Co., Ltd Fashionpay, but the amount was slightly higher than what it said it would be at the time of purchase. I then called my credit card company and reported all this. They said since the purchase was pending, they couldn't do anything. They said once it was posted they could dispute the amount because it was not what I agreed to. I then asked them to change my credit card number which they have. Lo and behold, the next day I heard from Pu Hui CO., Ltd Fashionpay via e-mail, and they said they were handling my transaction and the difference in the amount was because of the exchange rate. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. After about a day and half, they e-mailed me again and said the order had been shipped and did I still want to cancel. I replied yes. So far, I am not sure if I have been charged for the transaction because I have not talked to my credit card company. If they really did send me the merchandise, I plan to return it. The e-mail address they gave me is service1@fashionpay.com and the phone numbers they gave me are 86-0755-25195738 and 86-13760231987.
