I'm not sure but it seems to me that if you spend more money, you will be taken care of by this company. However on the flip side if you are an average Joe like me and are trying not to break the bank, don't expect wheelsnext to make time for you. Still waiting to see what happens with my order. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. I've called them and all I get is excuses. I'm this close to calling the credit card company.
