It was suppose to be a free tail. But i tried to discontiune product as soon as i realized it was going to charge me 14 days later. I tried calling the number but it did not work. So sent a email and waited for a response. I had notification that it was still going to come out so i sent another email and when they responded they informed me that my account was debited for the amount and it would be the only debit but i wanted it cancelled prior to any transaction. But they knew what they were doing. So i wouyld like a refund.
