I ordered a $1.99 sample and then shortly after that had an accident fractured my back and ended up in hospital. When I got out I had a charge of $90 approx for product that had arrived. I emailed and tried to sort. Back to hospital out again to find another amount. Got hold of them finally and had the first charge refunded. Week later third amount of $111. Have contacted them again keep being told I have been sorted and refunded. Have cancelled my credit card to prevent further charges but still out of pocket $200!!! HELP. Off work due to injury and not getting full salary so this is making life difficult
