Woman called and said that we had won a $10,000 grant under the auspices of the US Government Health and Human Services Dept. At 200 Independence Ave, Washington, DC. Phone number given was 202-241-2937. I googled that phone number and also the US 2009 economy package plan info which was given to me and found info that said that this was a scam.
