I placed an online order. My card was charged and 16 days later still no product. On day 5 I went to website only to find out there is no phone number. I clicked on contact us and sent email for an eta on my delivery. No response. For another week I began sending daily emails and responses to my order conformation in my email to see if anyone would respond. No response. On day 16 i contacted my credit card company to ask if a phone number was attached to this company charge. They gave me (323) 710-9867. I called and the number was disconnected. I did everything in my power to contact them and resolve the matter. The credit card company determined this was fraud and returned my money. From now on I will only buy Obagi through Amazon for best prices and legit transaction. Do not use these people!
