Having purchased 2 syringes of Botox which equals 20unit's in each syringe. Plan was to have crows feet around each eye done. Dr Rosenthal complicated the this procedure by saying he had to do all 3 sites so it would be even??? And charged me $200 more with out telling me before hand. I still have crows feet, and now have a droopy right eye, with nothing else improved, I look exactly the same, but now have a problem with my right eye. If I wanted all 3 sites I would have bought 3 syringes at $150.00 for each syringe. I also bought 1 syringe of juvederm. He did as I asked with the juverderm. I am so angry with this Dr, when I went back to show him 17 days later, because you have to wait a full14 days for the botox to "work" he offered to put a a little bit t more in, He told me that "botox will not take my crows feet away. This is not the first time I have had botox, nor am I an idiot here
This is defiantly" you get what you pay for. I should have never have had this done, because I spent $950.00 in total and basically all that worked was the juverderm!
Apparently he doesn't realize this will NOT WORK nor will he get away with it! I want a refund here plus the $200 extra I payed for nothing. He thinks just because I signed a waver that he is protected, I think he is sneaky or desperate here, because I could have bought 3 syringes and saved $50.00 who is he kidding here?
