Moved in here Aug. Lived here until Aug. Nightmarish experiences. Had boat vandalized, truck damaged, severe ac problems taking weeks to correct, running up excessive electrical bills, backed up sewer took days to correct etc. They are more worried about parking on the street and who is talking about who at the pool than issues at hand. Gave notice July, 08 that i refused their increase and was moving. After giving two notices i still can't get my security deposit back. Going to seek help to recover.
