I sent in a post card that I did not want the Franklin Report & also E mailed them because I did not want them to charge my cc. Well, they ignored all this & charged it anyway. Made me go into an overcharge on my account. I called them & they said it may take awhile for them to refund the money because they were backed up on E mailed. This company seems to have a problem — they send you something free & then start sending these reports & end up billing you for them. My wife had this problem with them & it took forever to get her money back.
