We meaning boyfriend and I were doing live show for tokens and at peak of capacity and viewers raking in the tips and doing a performance, We were without warning shut off and our account disappeared along with access to the website, we were never given email or offer of reasoning until I wrote customer service and then a few days later they responded with claim one of us was underage and would have to provide proof before out account would be reinstated. We immediately emailed a picture of my b/f s California ID proving he was 18 last march, over 5 days went by and i rewrote them complaining and it as followed up with a ridiculously rude letter from customer service stating our complaints have made there ruling banned for life and if we made any efforts of returning we would be more than just kicked off!
I have no idea who is making management decisions there but they obviously lack in the I Q department and customer service skills
