The same thing happened to me as "Duped_in_Denver." I ordered shoes and never received confirmation, so I immediately called Pay Pal. They got right on it. Pay Pal gave me the response from Dahe Huang with a confirmation number on it. I eventually did get a CHEAP plastic bag with Winnie the Pooh on it! I immediately called Pay Pal. They said they will handle right away and I will get a refund. So, hopefully in a couple of days I will be reimbursed. What a hassle for $20.97! Don't understand how this little $ is worth it to the thief... Guess it adds up!!
