My boyfriend bought me flowers for Valentine's Day. What was pictured online and what I received was not the right floral arrangement. Telaflora is charging people for a product that they don't deliver on. Then I was told for the past two days they would re-deliver the right bouquet. When I call back each night to find out why they didn't deliver they tell me they will register a complaint and call back. They never do! Telaflora is a bunch of thieves, and they should be put in jail.
