I got hit for the 99.49 and than the overdrafts started piling in for checks I had written for bills and such. Took me from August 29th until October to get my money returned. It took countless phone calls and a lot of insults from me to get it through there head that I was about to go postal. Called SEC made a report after my bank refuse to retract the payment when I made a fraud complaint. Told me it was an internet transaction and in doing so I gave third parties permission to use my information.in other words I was on a certain site and they had a hidden clause that you had to check if you did not want this Premier Membership Club to use my information. That was in the fine print. Don't give up keep calling everyday if necessary, I called them everything but real people, sometimes I would call 10 or 15 times in a row. So keep hounding them you can get it back threaten them with the security exchange commision investigation and attorneys they will come around.
