I sent for trial product's in september i recievewd the product but have just noticed on my bank statement tha£122 was taken out on the 18/10, i have not ordered anymore of their product's because they don't work nor have i authorised then to take money from my account, i tried to e mail them and suprise suprise the e mail failed so it's deffo a scam, is there anything that can be done about these people and how do my get my money back
