Ordered items thru their adult toy website;"Exciting toys.com". They charged my debit card immediately, when i went to contact them to make a change in order, the tele just rang, or at 1 point a man answered in a voice msg. Saying they would get right back to me, no returned calls. Left several E-mails to their "customer svc." contact address-NO responses. Let them know i would file complaint with my bank & appropriate authorities if i did not at leas thear from them within 72hrs. NO-responses received! Proceeded to file fraud charges with my bank, reclaim funds-will also pursue other legal options.
