I was looking at my account online today and noticed a $30.00 charge with 888-403-4051. I called and told them I do not have a loan with them and to return my $30.00. The woman refused and I told her I was going to my bank to tell them it was unauthorized and if they did it again I would sue them. I have had problems before with other companies doing the same thing. I just go to my bank, because they never return your money.
