When I spoke to agent he gave me a name Beryl Vandsma. He told me that the money was for them to check on the property that I wanted to rent to buy. It would be used to check for any liens against title. I contacted some of the listings and the owners where not aware that this company was doing this without their knowledge. If you follow their rules for a refund you will need 5 denial letters.
Now if you make the home owner mad they will not send anything back so you loose your refund. Scam scam
